Composite of multiple shots of different shutter speeds (some long exposure, some shorter). It was the "Lampioni" show iz Zagreb, Croatia and in published in a Zagreb's tourist brochure.

If some of the lanterns at the foreground where sharper I would rate this picture higher.
Yeah, I totally understand and agree. The foreground lanterns were shot at ISO 6400 and 1/30s, couldn't get any faster unfortunately :)
