This photo of the little primate (shot in a zoo) won several big photography contests. It got me 2.4k in total entering several contests. I also made >1k selling prints/canvas..
in total around 4k i guess.

What are the several big photo contests you won with this image? Never heard of a photographer winning that big and keeping the contest names a secret.
All the FIAP, PSA competitions i entered. The biggest competitions get you a prize of 300€ or 500€ ( best of show/best author of the salon) Here on Belgium we have a photographycircuit with a lot of different salons you can enter. ( OPBCC, French Digital, Olympic circuit, Greek contest, PCA contest. For bigger prize money, i enter the HIPA contest in Dubai/Abu Dhabi,..
The 2.4k is total of prizes (including panasonic camerabody, other gear, money,...). Not 1 win.
