Wait... 17min exposure f/240?
What's the x-ray film? Does the photo look very different than if it would be if shot on regular film?

X-ray film is the stuff they used for x-rays in hospitals. It’s a double sided (emulsion on both sides) orthochromatic film (not sensitive for red). Most modern film is panchromatic (equally (more or less) sensitive for all colors). So ‘normal’ film should give a slight different result. I use x-ray film, because it’s the most affordable choice on 8x10.
