Sun Swirl!
Standing in front of one of the largest tide pools I have ever seen, I saw the crashing waves stirring up the sea foam in the pool and swirling it around. As the tide pool kept expanding and contracting with the tide, I chased the edge of the pool to make several long exposures with the intention of capturing the dynamic movement of the floating sea foam.
I created the end result by blending three exposures. On top of the base image containing the central swirl, one exposure was necessary to recover the blown out sky and the other contained sharper foam swirls in the foreground.
