Its the Chinese New Year in Vancouver's China Town. Its raining as a truck in the parade passes with fire crackers going off. On this bright day the setting were F22 and a low ISO of 100 to make the subject of the fireworks look dark. These dark settings allows for the slow shutter to expose the fire of the crackers. The light of the sun shows all the crowds umbrellas.
