This photo was shot over an 8 hour period from midnight to a little after 8AM. I completely messed up the first attempt at this shot and had to wait another SpaceX launch occurred. After capturing the night-day transition, it took about a week and a few really bad attempts in photoshop to finally get this photo where I wanted it. You can see the moon, sunrise, and also the Falcon Heavy launch that took place around 2am this past June.
