"Movement On Both Sides Of The Lens".
Nikon D850; 24-74mm lens, at 24mm; f16, 1.0 sec, ISO 500.
Using a 1.0 sec exposure caught a small amount of motion of the ferris wheel. In addition "looping" the camera in a tiny curve while keeping the lens pointing at a middle point created curves of light from thin strings of light creating this vibrant composition.
