This is a really ancient shot of mine
I had just started photographing as I was using an entry level Nikon DSLR with a 35mmm f1.8
On a mountain ride, right next to the pathway we were following I saw this small pretty flower and shot trying to get the most depth of field possible.
Uploaded the shot of a photographic website, it got selected with an editor mention (the only one in my career).
After few years I still like this shot quite a lot as it was the result of pure new joy for photography without strictly following the rules
