It was a balmy -33C (-27F) before windchill. -45C (-49F) with the windchill. The amazing thing about those temperatures is, when you throw boiling water into the air, it freezes almost instantly. A lot of people doing this boiling water toss in the daytime and it looks amazing. I wanted to back light it and capture it at night.
