I'm fortunate that this creek, Tomichi Creek is near my house and a go-to landscape photography location. This is especially true if I'm keeping it close to home like during times of quarantine. So if the light and clouds are looking good as we head toward sunset I go down there, often by bike. This particular evening, March 31st I was treated to a long lasting and colorful sunset. On top of that, the water flow was at a good level where the eddies would swirl with bubbles. Shooting into the sunset required bracketing and blending exposures which I do with the goal of taming highlights and dark shadows while preserving as much realism as possible. I hope you like it!
