Photographed during the peak of the covid19 pandemic in NYC. During this time, we had a shelter in place and curfew in NYC. Several evenings, I noticed my neighbor would be out on his balcony enjoying the sunset. I imagine he was connecting with loved ones while staying safe in isolation.
