Milky way rising above the German Alps at Sylvenstein reservoir. Exposure blend of 30 exposures which I took over a timespan of 4 hours from sunset to midnight.
What I love most about this shot is the winding bridge which perfectly compliments the landscape.

Great shot, and I agree with you that it's the bridge which compliments the picture very well.
The only thing which I miss is reflection of the Milky Way in the lake, I see there only a few stars reflected! Probably a result of the blending of multiple exposures.
Yeah that's something I miss to. I took around a 100 shots during that night but not in a single one where the stars reflection (I guess due to water movement). Even those few stars that you can see there where like 5 images that I've stacked and just changed the blending mode to lighten. So there wasn't really much I could do unfortunately
