Shot during blue hour, 5s exposure, with the Laowa 12mm and tilt/shift adapter.

I like the photo but myself I would have perhaps cut off some of the foreground, since the plants growing in the water are a bit distracting.
I tend to agree that the foreground is a bit distracting. My focus in post was on keeping the complete reflections of the buildings. Maybe, I should have made a few steps forward (risking wet feet for a nicer frame).
