This newest bridge in Portland, Oregon, The Tillicum Crossing, is the first major crossing in the United States that is only for light rail, city buses, and pedestrians. No private cars or trucks are allowed. It also provides a new beauty to the southern part of downtown Portland. This was a 30 second exposure taken on the banks of the Willamette River.
