I like the light painting done and the pose of the model, I like the distant coastline and the lights there, but what I do not like about this image is the sky which feels overdone, unrealistically bright and with colours you would never see in the real sky (only in a deep sky telephoto).
I think that it would have looked better with the real night sky and more subdued stars.

Yes on the real perspective it was a nice sky, but I just wanted to make it surreal. It was for a Novel with a Goddess lord of the Universe.
That explains your choice of sky background!
