Some wild lightning at about 4:00 am. I woke at about 3:30 to go to the bathroom and noticed the lightning, I initially hopped back into bed but decided to get up, and quickly put on some pants. I then drove to a nearby field, wound down my side window and mounted my camera and, while holding an umbrella over the camera, took some of the best lightning photos i have ever taken.
