Machu Picchu
I don’t consider myself a landscape photographer but, this image was taken with a Nikon D750 and 24-85 lens, image is of Machu Picchu just outside of Cusco, the site is a UNESCO world heritage site, its situated at an altitude of 2800 meters above sea level 9000 feet taken from a view point above the main citadel, it was the last refuge of the Incas, rediscovered by Hyrum Bingham back in the early 1900 there are a number of temples on the site, one of the challenges in capturing the image is that you have to trek up to a point above the citadel, very little editing has been done
