We were on a boat with some friends, my trusty Nikon D850 with one of the two lenses I love the most, the old and reliable "cream machine", her majesty Nikon 85mm f1.4D, the camera was set for max aperture and rather than adjusting settings to get it all sharp I went for the moment and I don't regret the extra stop which could have lead to a greater depth of field and both eyes in focus, the most beautiful eyes and smile I have ever seen and I have seen quite some people in my life because of the place where I live and the job I am into...
