This was a test shoot I did with a friend of mine and my goal was to depict some level of regalness with a hint of grunge and grit. She styled herself, including hair and makeup, and I love it because her hair acts as a crown, and her stoic pose sets it off. This was shot with one light and a softbox to her right, but the cover was coming off and it created this cool shadow, so I just ran with it. Shot on a D750 with a 50mm.
