Baron von Clausthaler from 1665, is one of the members in charge of the photo club I recently became a member of. I held a beginners studioshoot there a couple of weeks ago, and I think this photo I got is quite funny. Shot with one overhead softbox light, with the Rembrandt angle, and edited to get the "old look" that I like.

The overall mood of this image is quite good. Personally, I think it might look nice if you put a rimlight behind to help separate the subject a little.
Yes that may very well be better. I actually wanted the white collar to stand out even more with more contrast, (whiter) probably the opposite of your suggestion. But you are probably right looking at the score. Thank`s for commenting Perman.
