Just joining the fun... Made this years ago. The light setup was two speedlights bouncing back from a v-flat to lit me as if it were the screen, the shadows and light on the "floor" was a doll placed in front a small soft box with most of it flagged (blocked, like a gobo), so just a small portion would hit the surface and the doll, after that, just photographed my phone at that time, and composed the final image in PS.
