When I was in Korea, an aspiring model contacted me on Instagram, saying that he liked my photos and wanted to book a photo session with me. However, I am not experienced in taking portraits, so I offered to take the photos for free. The twist was that he did not speak any English, nor did I speak Korean, so we had to use a translator during the entire time. Despite the language barrier, he was very comfortable in front of the camera and skilled at posing. As a result, some of the photos turned out pretty decent. This is one of them.
