This shot is a studio composite for a client who wanted to showcase her fitness progress in a "heroic" style look. The background was generated beforehand and we worked to match the lighting while shooting. I did it by tethering to a large TV and using the Lightroom Loop Overlay feature so that I could actively "see" the model in the scene while shooting (albeit semi-transparent). This allowed us to finesse the lighting setup until it looked like it matched the scene.
