Matthias Church and an equestrian statue of St. Stephen.
In this photograph, the silhouette of the statue of St. Stephen appears to be an ancient pilgrim braving the elements on his approach to the apparent culmination of human creation of his time: Matthias Church. Surely the creators of such work will certainly outlast nature itself? In any event, the very sight of the Romanesque and late Gothic style architecture dramatically inspires one to think it may be possible.
