The Setting is in Venice the old City during the time of Carnival. The City with its charms and old buildings speaks for itself. Even dangling and hanging power lines contribute to the Feeling of "old".
People from all over Europe converge on the city to display their costumes and Masks,
This particular Couple had made a Tiffany like Costume with LED lights illuminating the their dresses. In a night shooting this intrigued me so muh that I wanted to create a an image with lighting supplementing the craftsmanship of their costumes.
I till the couple from the front using a Profoto A2 with a Quarter CTO clic Gel. The Jade/green light was produced by placing a Jade clic Gel on a profoto A2 Flash unit. The house to the right was litt using a broncolor Siros 800 in Slave mode.
