This well-known spot in the Dolomites is actually worth a trip to photograph it at any time of the year. It was cloudless that day. What caught my attention and fascinated me about the scene are the white flowers that lead in a curved line like a fairy path to the church, embedded in the light of the magnificent mountain landscape in the background.
I edited the image with Lightroom. The white line of the flower was highlighted, the contrast throughout the image was increased and light and shadow were brought out.
