A simple picture taken late in the night on a rainy day in Venice, Italy.
I consider this picture one of my best because it tells a story: the young woman is walking alone in the dark but she is connected to someone else with the smartphone she is looking at.
So loneliness but also connection and the curiosity to know who she is in contact with.
Hand held Panasonic LX100 II camera, 1/20 sec, 1600 ISO. Post processing was limited to crop and enhanced shadows with Capture1.
