Your Best Images of 2024

Wife and I were doing the "Mighty Five" National Parks of Utah this past fall. It was my first time visiting the Southwest and everything was blowing me away visually. On this day we had been exploring a trail in Canyonlands that went right to the edge. I had been taken a few shots of the mesas when I noticed a guy step out and pull out his cell phone further along the trail. Using a Nikon D5100 with its superb kit lens I took a shot of him chimping and I waited until he raised his cell phone to take another. That was it. F14 at 400iso. Black and white conversion in Lightroom with a Orange Filter and a little burning and dodging. Black and white just makes it so much more graphic.
