While visiting family in Croatia, I took a solo trip to Plitvička Jezera in early November. At first, I was disappointed by the dreary weather, but ended up really enjoying the shots. There was even a bit of fog sitting on top of the water; the fall leaves added an extra touch of color. The lack of people, BONUS. Yes, the water is really that color; it's more vivid with full sun. Shot on Sony A1 with tripod. ISO 250, f/14, 0.5 sec, 24mm. Used a polarizer to knock out the glare on the water.
