This photo was taken in 2008, using a Canon 5D and a Sigma 17-35mm DG HSM EX lens, (long discontinued), ISO 100, on a small speedboat on the Cuiabá River.
Winter sunrise in the Brazilian Pantanal, around 5:30 AM.
The image was minimally edited in Lightroom, I only removed the slightest color deviations and did a little manual noise reduction. Unfortunately, the lower part of the photo was very noisy, the 5D didn't have a very good dynamic range and I don't have the Topaz suite :( . I couldn't lighten the wet aquatic plant at the bottom of the image with some water droplets reflecting the sunrise.
Saved in 8-bit jpeg in Photoshop, no cropping.
