This image was captured with a Nikon D810 and a Sigma Art 50mm lens during a couples boudoir session in a local hotel, using only natural light. My editing process is simple and intentional: first refining the tones in Lightroom, then moving into Photoshop for gentle skin retouching.
Couples boudoir is a beautiful challenge. There are so many talented photographers offering it, but the true art lies in helping couples forget the camera altogether—to lose themselves in one another. That’s when the magic unfolds. This particular photograph has stayed close to my heart for years. To me, it captures the raw emotion and deep connection that make couples boudoir so powerful.
