I had wanted to shoot this model in a kind of fantasy setting in a deserted landscape. To match the stock background and set myself up for a good composite, the challenge was to consider the light direction, color temperature and angle. I shot at a lower angle to get a more cinematic and majestic look for the portrait. This was shot under a freeway overpass with the sun setting and creating the rim light and also giving me some intended lens flare. The fill was Godox V860IIs speedlight inside a 26" Westcott RapidBox Octa. I shot it with a Sony A7III with the Tamron 28-75 2.8. at 28mm 1/250 HSS, ISO 100.

Love the tonality and mood. Appreciate the little rim light on the right for added dimension.
