Bill, a local character of significant consequence, was known far and wide for his blue-eyed, bearded self that exuded wit, intelligence, humor and his highly acclaimed skill as a wood carver.
I shot this with my Nikon D-800, hand held flash, and used Photoshop to complete the photo.
