This was taken this spring at Lake Wierzchucińskie Duże (Kuyavian region in Poland)
Looks like it's golden hour already, but this is middle of the day.
But the clouds had the perfect density to create the softest light possible + there was a haze coming out of the lake making it even softer.

Really nice shot :) And yes, I tought it was right after sunrise or before sunset, until I read the description :P
