"Quiet Light"

Waiting in line for dinner at Diamond Lake Resort near Crater Lake, Oregon, it was about 33°F (1°C) I was admiring the mist rising from the lake, as the fog was lowering when it suddenly started to snow. My wife said, "Go. Just go."

I chose this angle was from the docks looking towards a promontory that had an single bench for an isolated and minimalized photograph.

Rendered to monotone with color channel adjustment in post-processing.
