This photo of a Burchell's zebra was taken while on safari in South Africa. The warm soft light of the early morning sun takes this portrait to the next level. The main challenge was not blowing the highlights while preserving details in the shadows.
The photo was taken on a Canon eos 7D mark II with an EF 100-400mm f5.6.
