The light on the city is soft, but the light on the foreground flowers, presumably from flash or close-by lamp post, is very harsh. So the mismatch in lighting confuses the viewer. The best way to incorporate flash in most cases is for the viewer to be unable to detect that you've used it. Lowering flash power in many cases helps, as it would here, in my opinion.

That said, I'd be happy to trade our high 90s temperatures and suffocating smoke from nearby mountain wildfires, for sitting at this place in your picture. Looks beautiful.

Thankyou for the feedback I appreiciate it a lot! I didn't use a flash actually, the flowers were just lit up by the surrounding area
