After spending the afternoon in the mountains, wallowing in deep snow, the sun finally decided to break through the clouds and light up the dramatic, craggy, slopes of Engineer Mountain in the San Juans of southwest Colorado. At 500mm, the atmosphere created a soft, painterly effect, emphasizing the freshly fallen snow. Shot on the Fujifilm GFX 100S II.
