When I think (hear) of soft light in my humble opinion light doesn’t get much softer than mist or fog. Both of these atmospheric conditions excite my awareness for unique images. My soft light contest entry here was made on a trip along the eastern seashore, barrier island hopping from the Delmar Peninsular to Florida. Arriving at Cumberland Island I was welcome with thick fog. Instead hunting for subjects I headed for my best bet. The ruins Dungeness Mansion.
