While walking around the Baltimore Neighborhood of Canton, I found these seagulls trying to keep warm on this February afternoon. The Inner Harbor was shrouded in a heavy fog and cloud cover, which didn't help these birds stay warm at all. They also did not seem too bothered by me being there, either.
