Tunnel View Yosemite Moody Morning
This was shot 12/23/2019, 8:38 AM, from the infamous "Tunnel View" lookout vista at Yosemite National Park on a Nikon D850 with a Tamron 24-70mm G2 lens and the following settings: ISO 800, 1/200s, f/6.3, manual mode and Auto WB.
There were the gang of photographers there, as is the story most days for sunrise. There was ice on the ground, I'm glad I had my gloves and beanie and a good pair of boots - one photographer slipped and dropped their camera and damaged a lens this morning - one of the perils, I guess for getting out there on a day like this.
Image processed from JPEG file in Capture One 23, I was not able to find the RAW, perhaps I forgot to replace the card into the camera, it happens. I do like the grandeur of this view with the snow and fog with Bridalveil Fall poking out mostly hidden.
