This photograph was taken inside an urban stormwater drain, where a shaft light (a carefully balanced led panel in the void above illuminated the scene. The subject — a brightly colored inflatable unicorn ( which I'm taking everywhere with me at the moment)— floats against a backdrop of graffiti, concrete, and dripping water, creating a surreal collision between playfulness and decay.
Post production in Lightroom & photoshop adding a little extra warmth and softening the walls to make them a fraction more "painterly"
