I was in death valley national park, just finished a hike, and was smoking a cigarette, when I saw the moon and silhouettes of people. With the cigarette still in my mouth, I just lifted the camera and captured an image without thinking about the composition.
Did some work in post, and now this is one of my favorite pictures that I have ever taken.
