When the sun broke through the clouds I couldn't help but keep shooting until the drone battery warning went off. I am so lucky to get some great photos and videos of this very neat and solitary church with a red roof.

After seeing many red roof churches in Iceland I thought there had to be a reason. Turns out the traditional construction of the churches had roofs made of corrugated iron. When it eventually would rust they used red paint to cover it up and blend it in. How efficiently Icelandic.
