The light at the end of the Tunnel.

On a local walk which passes through a former 1100m (1203 yards) railway tunnel. I had with me my Canon 6D and EF70-300mm lens (with the intent of bagging some deer or the local Red Kites). The day was stiflingly hot and unbearably humid. The tunnel offered some respite, even so, there was good deal of haze. Nearing the exit the strong Sun made the haze almost glow, so had to bag a shot. Focal length 70mm at f/4, 1/20s. I metered on the tunnel exit and over-exposed. Not the ideal lens for sure. It was quite atmospheric (and cool) so had to give it a go. In Lightroom, levels and contrast, pulled in the highlights, raised the shadows a little (can't do that with the 6D much). White balance as shot. Would further edits improved it, dunno. I keep edits to the minimum anyway.
