Fujifilm X-A1 with 16-50mm Lens and Wacom Intuos Pro In Stock!

The Fujifilm X-A1 with 16-50mm lens is back in stock at B&H as is the Wacom Intous Pro in Medium! The X-A1 is a little guy that packs a nice punch, it's available in Indigo Blue and is awaiting your add to cart click. It also comes in black and is available for pre-order. It packs a punch at 16 megapixels and has a 1.5 crop sensor. It comes in at a mere $599, so it's a cost effective alternative for those who are in love with the X100 and X100s but don't want to drop the cash. It still has the ability to shoot auto and manual but the best part is unlike the x100 and x100s, the lens can be swapped.

It's list of specs are short and sweet:

  • Hi-speed EXR Processor II
  • Tiltable 3-inch LCD

But don't forget - the sensor is not a X-Trans sensor.

That is correct, but some people still like the price more than the sensor.

Why do people dislike cameras with fixed lens? D:

Because it makes absolutely no sense at all. It's like buying a 4 door sedan and welding shut the rear doors. Why would I want to deprive myself of the flexibility of swapping lenses ? Every brand has awesome primes in its lineup where I can pick what suits my needs.

Fair point. And I agree. But if you do have nice lenses to use, I assume you also possess a nice dslr so you'll get the best results possible. Why would you put an expensive piece of glass on a body that is not capable to offer awesome results? I think that if you get to buy a small camera like this, you're looking for something that's easy and quick to use, and changing lenses all the time wouldn't match with that hahaha Well, I think this matter could go on and on forever haha

Reviews on dpreview show the xa1 has better image quality than all the other xtrans cameras. Duh, some of us have been saying this for years.

f3.5 - f5.6
Hilarious. Literally zooms the light out of the lens.
