Recently, I taught an Off Camera Flash class. Paige was my model for the class. We were outdoors but it started to rain. Luckily, a nearby restaurant let us conduct the class in their dining room.

Hy Kerry,
I would change the background color and try to convince the model to restile the hair.
I think it's a great shot, very authentic. Your subjects expression and body language draws the viewer in.
