HOVER

These birds, fly through the Puget Sound, last night while I was down at the fishing pier, the wild life was none to be found. Finally, a few birds flew by, this is one that I got to get by luck, as the bird was flying, the bird had seen a fish, stopped dead in the sky looking down, I am fumbling trying to get my camera turned on, aim and shoot...LORD BEHOLD, that is a TASK in itself. I was lucky, I got aim on the bird, got a few shots off, as I did, the bird NOSE-DIVES towards the water...OMG I am thinking where the F' is this F'n bird? I cannot keep up with him...thinking sheesh, as I was snapping away...I got him, he hits the water...oh yes I am thinking - GOT IT!

I get home, excited to upload the photos...since it is hazy, greyish, reddish - I am thinking hmmm, trying to edit the photo...whatever I tried to do, nothing would happen, there was color - barely...couldn't get it edited..so I drop the color and made it black and white...

AND - it turned out pretty darn good - at least I think so, I like!
