I really enjoy creating something different with drones. I've had the Mavic now for about four weeks and I absolutely love it.

Great job, Christopher.
#1: I think you led off with your finest image. I like how the horizontal lines start off at the bottom as "straight" and then wavy until a sharp delineation between dark and light where the lines are but a wisp. I am imaging that Alan Brown will like this the best, however I may be mistaken.
#2: I love your crop panorama and how you chose to photograph at an angle to the sea for your composition. The haze adds a natural vignette that may have been lost if rendered in color.
#3: Another panorama, but in color this time! I like the clean, smooth appearance of the sand. The beaches around Oregon are full of dunes, grasses, rocks, seaweed, driftwood, broken shells and over 15 billion feet print per sq mile.
#4: Landscape in Portrait orientation...is that even allowed?!?!
I shoot whatever orientation my eye feels is the best for the composition and I have even changed it is postproduction!
My eye wants to see a little more sun reflection in the bottom of the frame. Great job. 👍
Thank you for sharing your photographs.
Thank you Dean,
The reflection on the 4th is in the sand as the water is receding back into the Gulf, the water was a little to rough for a good reflection that evening. I was trying to get more reflection but the water was just receding to fast and it wouldn’t last long.. lol again thank you for all your kind words.
Nice work, Christopher. In the first, I love the how the man provides a "break" from the horizontal lines and waves. Just right. I appreciate the angle perspective in the second. Also it spills over with moodiness. The reflections in the water of the sun in the 3rd and 4th are gorgeous. I also appreciate the colors in the 4th.
Thank you photo girl, appreciate you.. have a great weekend
Lovely set Christopher. Despite what Dean says my favorite is actually the 4th, which captures the movement of the waves and shows such great color.
I do though appreciate #1, and understand how difficult it can be to blend both static & ICM elements.
Alan, much appreciated, thank you.
Great shots, I particularly like the first. In the 4th I like the small reflection in the sand that draws the eye back down. It serves a similar compositional purpose as the figure in the first
Thank you Steven, appreciate your comment.
