Bluristic part 2
Just to let folks know that I have added a second blog entry after performing some pretty intense testing on the Bluristic iPhone app.
In this episode I use Bluristic for comparison purposes, seeing if the app can recreate or better the types of results I have been achieving by other means in the past.

As a side note, the developer of the app has reached out and asked for input, which I think is cool.
Part 3 will cover the wild & creative effects of a bug I discovered in the software, most likely toward the end of the month.
PS - Thanks to PG for her kind and ever-thoughtful comments

Prefer your earlier Rothko image, Alan. Less dynamism in this one, esp. in the three-legged man.
Thanks Chris. Given your love of tripods I thought anything with 3 legs would bring you joy 🤩
Of course, Alan! The last thing you want in a tripod is dynamism. ;-)
Another great blog post! Recommend reading it!
Thanks for the promotion PG!

Android, Please! Not everyone used an iProduct.
What a great image, yeah, I'm jealous.
I did pass that on Dean. Unfortunately the volume of Android downloads has been low so I’m unsure how motivated he is in putting time into rewriting code.
Time to switch?
BTW - thanks for your kind words on the image 🙏
Good news Dean - with renewed interested the Bluristic developer has added an updated version of the app to the Google Play store (I see an update date of 12/23/25).
If you try it out, please get back to me so I can confirm with the developer that it is working for you.
I'll need to wait until the wife gets home so I can use her PayPal account.
